My yoga classes are deeply grounded in the ancient yoga teachings. Though the foundation of my classes is asana (yoga postures) based, the other limbs of yoga, like pranayama, meditation and yoga-philosophy are present in all my teachings.
I work from the centre of the body, with a focus on body awareness and a deep connection to the breath.
The Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes have a dynamic flow, offering an intense practice for body and mind: meditation in motion.
The Yin yoga classes are gentle but challenging in their own way, allowing you to stretch deeply and open the deeper layers of your body in a safe and gentle way.
