YOGA

Yoga means union or to unite. It unites body, mind and spirit, stilling the ever-changing states of the mind. In a yoga class we use different tools to create this union, most commonly known are the postures (yoga asana), but also the breath (pranayama) and meditation are elements of every yoga class.

Originally from India, Yoga became popular in the West in the late 19th century. There are many different styles of yoga, each with a different focus in their practice, but all with the same goal: to unite.

I teach Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Yin yoga.

dynamiek en rust, kracht en souplesse,  fysieke ontwikkeling en geestelijke diepgang. Dit alles helder verteld en voorgedaan."
